Make a claim

Coming back from your travel and need to claim for an unexpected expense or your trip got cancelled and you would like to request a refund?

Submit your claim

The quickest and easiest way to make a claim is via email. You must submit your claim within 90 days from the date of service received.

  1. Select and complete the relevant claim form
  2. Remember to include any documents needed to support your claim such as copies of receipts
  3. Email your claim to us: [email protected]

Claim form

When to use

Travel medical expense claim form

Use this claim form if during your trip you
incurred expenses because of injury or sickness

Trip interruption claim form

Use this form to make a claim if your vacation is
disrupted and you need to change plans or end it
mid-itinerary. Your interruption insurance would
cover enroute meals and lodging, return fare to
your home airport, pet kennelling, and other
related non-refundable expenses.

Trip delay claim form

Use this form to claim for any delays to your trip
that are outside of your control, for example
flight delay, lost or stolen passports, travel
documents or money, unannounced strike, or
natural disaster

Trip cancellation claim form

Use this form if you unexpectedly have to cancel
your trip before you leave home for reasons such
as death, injury or illness to yourself, a close
relative or someone traveling with you

Baggage and personal effects claim form

Use this claim form if your baggage or personal
effects, are lost, delayed (for more than 24
hours), stolen, damaged or destroyed during your
trip

Collision damage claim form

Use this claim form if whilst on your trip, your
rental car is damaged due to collision, theft
vandalism, windstorm, fire, hail, flood, or any
cause not in your control while in your
possession. This form should only be used if you
have purchased the rental car damage add-on.

AD&D claim form


Use this claim form if you are applying for death
or dismemberment benefits due to an accident

  • You will need to submit a claim for each issue separately. This means that if you need to claim for Medical Expenses and Baggage Loss, two separate claims will have to be submited. However, your policy ID will help the claims team to connect both claims together and will allow us to process them simultaneously, so you don't have to wait twice to get reimbursed.

  • Your Policy ID and Member Number can be found on your ID card atached to your fulfilment email.

    You will need your policy ID or Member Number to submit claims and view the Explanation of Benefits.

  • You can find a description of each claim form and when to use it here.

  • In case you missed some documents or were just waiting on another document for a claim, you can always follow up on your claim by sending the additional information to [email protected]. The team will add the documents to your current claim(s).

  • On average it can take around 40 days from receipt of your claim to your claim being paid. You can help speed this process up by ensuring you submit the correct claim form. A description of when to use each form can be found here, and by making sure that all the details you provide are correct and that the form(s) have been completed in full.

  • You have up to 90 days from the date of service received to submit your claim.
